Signature Question.

Hey everyone. I have a quick question about signatures. I have seen a few user's signatures where there are more than one clickable link. I'll use Notre as an example. This is his signature,

Can someone please tell me how to create multiple clickable areas in a signature?

Mods can have more than one image.

Notre's sig is composed of three different pics, centered, and they look like only one sig.
