The great game drought of the next generation

The X-box360 is walking into a new era of gaming. It has many new blockbuster hits coming in a few months. These title are different from person to person but one thing is in common among all these people. Everyone is waiting for 3 games, Assassian's Creed, Bioshock, and Halo 3. Until those games come out it feels like the 360 is dead. If you are like me and buy new X-Box360 ganes, beat them in a few days, and then unlock new things you can get fairly bored playing the same thing nine or ten times. It almost feels like, until those games come out, that the 360 is at a halt. I understand making new games takes time, but at least release demo packages for some of these games. I know that x-box live has released some demos but for those of us who don't have X-Box live, it feels like we are waiting, and waiting. We have no demos of these new games.

Discuss, do you think the X-Box360 is in a "Game halt" or is it just anxitity, or however you spell it.

i also don't wanna shell out $50 a game often

I'm enjoying my Wii more then the xbox360

I'm waiting for Madden 08 and NASCAR 08 on xbox360 and can't wait to play Unreal Tournament since i played Unreal back in 1999

Well, if you only had a 360, not a wii, you would feel rather bored. The long wait.

It isn't at a hault if you play a game like gears of war or chromehounds on live it never stops.As for Halo 3 the beta came out earlier which was the demo and it was fair that pepole who got crackdown can play it.

I have Crackdown but I don't have X-Box live, so therefor gaming, in my perspective, is at a hault.
