Well, it takes a while to update the game; so I'm not surprised at how long it will take. Anyway, I'm sure that the balloons will be taken down in order to make CP loko good for the St. Patrick's Day party.

2 weeks? It came out... about a week and a ½ ago. They will probbally take them away when the new party comes out.
