No it wasn't, that's a new screen, it was added a couple days ago and is just new. It may have always been black, but that was just for 1-3 days.

I don't think there is a room that waits to be added, because we already have the cove and the forest been added.

I remember when the plaza opened it took a while after CP was made, also the Light House was made after many days after the Plaza was made, so I bet that the new room will come on Oct. or Dec.

theres a blank tv so that there would not be a blank space. it evens out the tv area and makes it more symetrical. Its also for any room coming in the future
