Why did clubpenguin come back with the rare items?

And also, Screenhog said that every item will eventually come back except the party hats and pins.

Well, alot of people believe that club penguin is a game for collecting items.
ex: Free items, PArty items, Backgrounds, clothes etc. But really Club penguin
is about fun. As much as it may pain you to know, all items wil come back sooner or later.

NHI has recently released so called "rare" items for those users new to CP. By doing so, these users will stay active, more than likely buy a membership, and give NHI money.

Stop winning guys! CP is for fun not getting you identity go do something in life that means something not something a a virtual game. Do some thing that makes people in your town reckoning. Go to a grocery store and carry grocerys for people all day or go give water out in a parking lot or go to a nursing home and talk to people.
