Question for Cp mods

I have a question for CP mods, Screenhog said that one of the last years summer party items will come back this year, and it was the blue lei. So my question is, does that mean that the ducky and arm floaties will not come back this year? Since the one old item that came back was the lei? And how many more new items will come for the second half of the party?

im not a mod but proably not cause the point is for u to want an item and play CP until it comes back and by then there are more and more items other people want
