What? I don't really get what your saying. Oh, I get it, you mean the excess stuff, like the black background and stuff, an easier way to get rid of that is to sign up to wherever you get your renders, and then click on the render[in the internet] and save it as a PNG. Then open it up, on GIMP, and delete the black background, [if there is still some, usually, there isn't]. Hope that helps.

You should have probaly used a colorful render then.
Signature makeing is all about blending the render with the sig.

Resizing has been a problem lately. I follow the steps, but for some reason Gimp makes my image 89x100 instead of 500x100 because I set it to 500x100, but to fit the x100 it becomes 89x100

Oh I think it's contraining the proportions. There might be a check box when you make a new file that says "Contrain Proportions" or something like that. If there is, then it's probably checked. Uncheck it, and you should be able to do any dimmension size.

Try this. When you get done, Edit>>Copy Visible. Paste it, and click the new layer button. Layers>>Colors>>Desaturate. Duplicate the layer. On the top layer, Colors>>Map>>Gradient Map with two colors that you want your signature to be. Then set it to Overlay.

Hey, I'm just saying that you seem to rate people's bad, then give one worse then their's for someone else to rate. Anyway, the one you posted awhile back isn't too good. Not your best. Messy, and no border. Kinda empty too. 5/10. About average.
