when i go to an igloo and click on a puffle no name appears but when i buy a puffle it's name appears!!!

It is normal, because club penguin has stopped the puffle name feature. You can buy your own puffle and give it a name, you will see your puffles name. But, you can't see the names of the other people right? It is because the name feature was stopped.

They disabled the puffle names, because some penguins used bad names for their puffles and club penguin game should be safe. Because small children would see the bad words, they would also probably use them. Their parents think its the safest game, so they would ask where did you see that word and there it would come, club penguin.

So, it was disabled to make club penguin a safer place.
