But clubpenguin will always keep it a suprize and won`t tell a spicific penguin about the up comming events I guess we will all have to wait.
I hope they are diffrent. So older members still have rare items,. Because they won`t be rare anymore.

i find that a bit egoistic because now if the hat doesnt come back some of the new penguins will be really disappointed when they see its another hat..

it doesnt have to come back for me, but it would not be fair for other penguins because cp has promised to bring back an item new penguins envy..

They already said it will be coming back. Will be a catalog item, I think, for purchase this time and another free item as a new item. Party hat will be a different color every year...that is how it has been so far.

It doesn't really matter if they bring it back. It's really just pixel clothing. Well, I don't care either way, but I really want that hat in any shade of green. I doubt they ever really send the idea to the developers.
