Poke battle

Me and one of my friends are having a battle soon, he is going to battle with leafgreen and I sapphire.

The problem is I have finished the Pokeleague and he is on the 8th badge.

I want help upgrading my team. He said he would be fighting with up o lv 55 Pokemon, except Mewtwo.

Heres my team now:

This is his team now:
Snorlax lv 40(something)

Premiape lv 42

Theres one missing...

But I think he will be battling with:

Mewtwo.

Am I ready for hmi?
Should I train more?
