Mine would be either Rayquaza or Empoleon.

Empoleon is steel. He won't be that much affected by most moves (Except for 1 type, rare though).

Rock and Ground are also effective against Empoleon, which is why I hate Earthquake.

Its a hunt that Mandy does on her website.
One you found a clue, around the site click it and it will tell you the rest.(PS: check the songs list, the click in the Meowths party and scroll to the bottom. Click the clue.
The hunt will be over when you get all the letters. Then you can access the secret page. I dont know whas in there.
