This is a strange bug i guess,
this is how you see it.
go to your igloo or someone elses
wait for someone to talk
then drag down the chat log and click on that
persons words. it should show you theirpenguin
but it will be wearing old clothes that they wore like a long time ago.

Let me try it out... I have never heard of this before. If it works every time then it's a glitch, not a bug.
