That was a waste of your Dialaga as you could always evolve the Riolu you recieve in game from the guy on Iron Island and even if it was a male you could breed it with a ditto and Voila! riolu.

There's this other one called Crellestasia (*checks Serebii.net*) Cresselia is what it's called. Pangogi has one, which I battled last night. I made him switch it out after my Azelf used Future Sight, and nearly destroyed his Palkia.

It's not hacking, but it's cheating.

A Phione is the result of breeding Manaphy(legendary Pokemon only obtainable through Pokemon Ranger) with a Ditto, it's like a pseudo-Manaphy, I would say a pre-evolved form of it, but it isn't since it doesn't evolve in Manaphy(it doesn't evolve at all).

Articuno is in a cavern hidden somewhere in the ocean, though I forget where. Zapdos is at the power plant, and Moltres is at the top of another mountain.

to find Articuno head to the Sea Foam islands located near Cinnabar Island. Moltres is at the top of Mt. Ember which is on One Isle. finally Zapdos is at the Power Plant. To get to the Power Plant you must surf from the Pokemon Center near the entrance to the Rock Tunnel.

Aww, that sucks. I would trade mine to you, but Uxie can't be bred. If you didn't save the game, you can turn it back on and, since you didn't save, you can try to catch it again. I caught all the lake Pokémon. :D
