besides articuno, moltres, zapdos, and mewtwo, what other rare pokemon can i catch?

There are no more legendaries. However there are chansey,pinsir, Kanghaskan, and Tauros to catch in the Safari Zone which are rare. Also Magmar on Mt. Ember is quite rare. There also may be several other rare pokemon whom i'm forgetting.

If you clap your hands on an Eon Ticket, you will be able to go to some more islands and catch Deoxys and some others, too.

Some new pokemon are available when you obtain the national dex. Depending on what starter you had, a certain pokemon roams around the map. I'll list them here:
If you chose bulbusaur = entei
If you chose charmander = suicune
If you chose squirtle = raikou

You could also look for the unknown in the Tanboy Ruins on 7 island.

you have to catch all the unowns:mad: and have to search pallet town u need a masterball and a fast pokemon if he flees search on ure pokedex for were he is:)

To catch the legendary "cats"(Cats or dogs, it's unknown) you must beat the Pokemon league and obtain the international pokedex, then you just come across one of the three while searching for other Pokemon. I think thats it. I can't remember.
