Hello,

Thank you for your email. At this time, we are not sure if the Iceberg
will tip. However, we encourage penguins to have tipping parties, as
they are a great way to make new friends! Also, being able to choose
between a day or night Club Penguin is a great idea! We will be sure to
take it into consideration.

Unfortunately, we cannot give out free penguin memberships. The 2 main
reasons we have a paid membership option in Club Penguin are as
follows:

1. There is a large staff of creators and support staff who work hard
to create a safe and fun environment for children to play on.
2. The cost of the ISP's(Internet service providers) that run Club
Penguin are expensive.

With this said, Club Penguin cannot exist without the financial support
of the paying members of our site.

There are many awesome things you can do with a free penguin account!
You can play all the mini games, take part in many of the special
events, collect the pins, get the free items, buy all the penguin colors and
backgrounds, adopt a red and blue puffle and use your coins to care for
them, chat with other penguins, become a tour guide and become a secret
agent.

"Option" is reffering to the fact that you may become a member or a non-member. NHI needs the balance between both members and non-members because members give them money, but they also have the non-member option to actually bring people into CP.

Question 1: No, it will never be free, and thank goodness!
Q 2: Probably not, but its a cool idea!
Q 3: They will probably eventually make it possible to tip the iceberg, but as of now, no such luck for the n00bs.
