Unfair punishment

I am not sure if this goes in the general chat or not but since its about club penguin i will put it here.

When a penguin gets banned forever, the person can't play on that account anymore, but for a while now people have been asking their parents to contact club penguin help staff to unban that player account.

Nowadays player who ban their selves on purpose just contact club penguin or get their parent to phone up club penguin or just start another account.
But some penguins got hacked but others.

Along time ago, i knew a penguin called spiked mini, we fell out because i found out he is a hacker and hacked club penguin.

when he got perma banned because of the complaints and language on club penguin, and he got unban because he family members contacted club penguin.

he did this several time and player from club penguin still send complaints to club penguin staff.

i miss him some how but he quit.
Do you agree that club penguin staff arent strict enough to banning problems?

I think club penguin support does a great job. But it is not great, if you have membership swear 4 times in a row and get banned 4 times and after that get perma-banned. Than they are stealing your money.

I think what Jeffy is trying to say is that he feels that the staff are too leniant (which I disagree) because just because Spiked Mini's parents called he was unbanned. I disagree with that statement though, because he was unbanned because CP had no knowledge of his hacking.

If a member swore 4 or 5 times on purpose then i think then they should deserve to lose that money. Its their choice on what they do on club penguin.

Maybe you are kinda right.
I dont know how the system works, but if it is like you say, that you get banned, then your parents phone to CP and ask for your account to be unbanned, and they limit to do what your parents ask for, then that is some way unfair, even for those people that are over 18 year olds and dont live with parents.

They should be a litle bit more strict about that, i guess.

I also think that is kind of stupid. Parents phone and say that their child got banned and club penguin unbans the person, even if s/he hacked.

I honestly think there shouldn't be such thing as banning or reporting. It doesn't do anything. You can easily do what your friend did or make another account! Also, it says you will lose your agent status when you get banned... WRONG!

They are trying to avoid being sued, but it is starting to get ridiculous. They need too speak to the government, and make it so they cant be sued that way...

Normally, a penguin falsely banned forever and contacted club penguin would be un-banned. BUT if the user was caught using third party or saying bad things without a hacker in the room they will still be banned. Take my old bud icy fresh 2 for an example. He got hacked by 1fiddy.The club penguin team was going to un-ban him, but he was found breaking a rule so they didn't lift it.

I dont think CP should unban anyone who has used bad language or hacked this game. The perma-ban should stick forever in those two situations. Having a parent call them and complain puts CP in a whole different situation. It's called customer service. That comes in to affect whenever money is involved.

I dont think there is a law suit issue here at all. That's what the EULA is for. They paid some very smart lawyers to write that thing and it's usually pretty lawsuit proof.

He should by any circumstances get banned forever.I knew him and he hacked one day on Mammoth.The Club Peguin team didnt know about it nor did his/her parents.

Don't kid yourself guys!!! Spiked mini has been back on MANY different penguins. He never really was gone....only as Spiked. One penguin that he uses a lot is Mymater. Who do you think those clever new penguins are?? Did any of them come up to you and talk to you like they know you? Well, guess who that may have been;)
Kids like that think it's fun to take advantage of others, and will find a way to keep doing that. CP should be VERY strict on kids that don't follow the rules.
