Out of all Pokemon games whcih is the best?

Ok well we have come a long way in the pokemon game timeline (rofl did tht make any sense) anywho i wanna know what game is the best


1. Red+blue version (GBC)
2. Yellow version- special pikachu version (GBC)
3. Gold+Silver version (GBC)
4. Crystal version (GBC)
5. Ruby+spahirre version (GBA)
6. FireRed+LeafGreen version (GBA)
7. Emerald version (GBA)
8. Diamond+pearl version (DS)


so which is the best game out of all???

NOTE: These games are only the ones used wit handhelds such as DS, GBA, etc

Forgot XD and Colosseum for the Game cube.

And the Stadium series for the Nintendo 64.

But, besides that, Diamond and Pearl are the best.

Lol i didnt hear about it for a while after it came out i got sapphirre for free.. found it lying on the street coming in from recess at skl i friends where like "ZOMG!! I"LL PAY YOU LIKE A TRIZILLION DOLLARS ZOMG PLZZZZ!!!" i was laughing very hard because on the way home it already was half way done w/ game and had all 3 starters

Also with diamond and pearl its 3-D.. but personally i like Red+Blue version that is what started it all off

Call me old-fashioned, but that's the original Pkmn game, nothing can beat it.

I'd have to say Pokemon Silver. That game was so awesome. I had such good pokemon until it got corrupted:( Also you should add pokemon ranger and mystery dungeon red and blue

Hmm, I've played lots of Pokemon games but out of the ones I've played, (Sapphire, Emerald Blue, Silver, Crystal, Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue, Pokemon Pinball, and I forget the rest) I'd have to say Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue or whatever it's called. My favorite charecters that you can be are kitty and Evee. :) I was playing on Skitty but my little sister erased it and got Evee. My second fav would probably be Emerald.

lol people i meant to make it a choice between that certain type of pkmon games like were u make a trainer talk to Prof oak, brich, or whoever and go battle team rocket, aqua, magma, etc and do elite four and stuff

Well, for gameplay I like Ruby/Sapphire the best. I don't like Emerald because the moving sprites are just annoying.

For the game itself, I like Silver and Gold the best because you could catch 251 pokemon in one game.

i liked the very first the best but i don't know what to expect in Diamond because i haven't played in a while but the first were the best.my personal favorite would be Pokemon Blue.
I was like 5 and was awesome at it.I had Blastiose,Mewto,Hittmonlee,Dugtrio,Farfetch'd and a Exaggerator all Lvl.100 with no cheats.
Then in Pokemon red i had Sandslash,Seaking,Zapados,Moltress,Articuno and vilopleum all lvl.100 with no cheats.

Oh dude i have in LG (LeafGreen) Mewtwo, Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno, Blastoise all lvl 60+ (havnt used Master ball yet used ultra great and timer)

and in emerald i have a Rayquza, Kyorge, Groundon, and Blaziken all 60+ (and same w/ b4 no master ball just ultra timer and great)

In my oppinion Emerald is the best! I loved being able to get Raquaza (think I spelled it right), and you also got to capture Kyogre, and Groudon so yeah Emerald is best in my book.

I hope I could catch it on Yellow, because im sick of that game I never passed that Pokeleague:mad: (actually, I passed sapphire in less the 1 year and I never passed yellow in 8 years lol)
Missingon is just a glitch.
Also, the glitch city was also cool.
But the best of best are the newest.
