They should add a terrain park hill on the mountain, and make a mini-game for it. Not really a room, but something new.

I'd say a jail, when your banned for 24 hours or more, instead of a screen saying your banned it should take your penguin to a jail cell with no items and you must type to a mod,
"I wont do this___" or whatever you had done which was bad. :O
