Head up to spear pillar, which is at the top of mt coroterant. Bring some supplies since theres some hard battles at the top.
You'll meet team galactic at the top, executing their final plan (wont spoil it). Beat the grunts then beat the leader. Then after the cutscene you'll get a chance to catch Dialga.
DO NOT use your master ball for it. It's not hard to get your hands on, just weaken it and throw loads of ultra balls OR EVEN BETTER at night use dusk balls.
Again DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use the master ball on Dialga. Save it for Mesprit or Cresellia.
