That might be a bad idea
1. It would take the Cp team forever to do.
2. Cp would be really laggy.
3. Non-members wouldnt be able to fly

I thin you ppl are thinking fly. They just said hover. The proppleller hat doesnt cause a lot of lag and that didnt take forever so neither would this.

Yeah it would be cool, since it would be way too much lag fore penguins flying up in the air, I can imagine it now. Penguins flying crashing into signs. Well hovering would be cool, Like the proppeler cap but just in the same place not moving up and down.

What is up with you people and lag? If penguins dance, throw snowballs, etc and not have lag, they can have a flying cape! I mean it would be no different that the propellor hat, so I see no lag problems whatsoever.
