I would say that #5 and #6 were my favourite episodes. I'm not a fan of the new episodes #1, #2 and #3.

I am a fan of all of them actually, without the other ones, there would be no story to begin with.

Considering Star Wars is based on the story of King Arthur, I'm not much of a mideivel fan, but this is rather enjoyable.
